Awards Entry Booking Terms and Conditions

By checking the box, I confirm that I understand and accept the entry terms and conditions, and acknowledge that once this form is submitted, the entry fee becomes non-refundable.

I further understand and accept that submission of this form creates a binding commitment to pay for all selected entries, whether ultimately submitted or not. I acknowledge that no credits or alternatives will be offered should I wish to cancel, and I accept that the judges’ decision is final.

PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU INTEND TO ENTER THE AWARDS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Entry Terms & Conditions:

  1. All fees and charges are subject to VAT at 20% where applicable.

  2. Full payment of entry fees is required for your entry to be accepted into the programme.

  3. By registering and accepting these terms, you commit to paying in full for all selected entries.

  4. Entry fees are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued, regardless of whether a final entry is submitted (subject to Clause 9).

  5. An independent panel will judge all entries anonymously, and their decisions are final.

  6. The organisation name entered as the ‘List Name’ on the submission form will be used for any finalist listings.

  7. All organisations must comply with the ‘In Partnership’ rule.

  8. Card payments will incur an additional 3.5% processing fee at checkout.

  9. Companies submitting entries on behalf of third parties must provide the third-party name and project details (where applicable) at submission for entries to be accepted.

  10. Each company or individual may submit a maximum of 3 entries under their own name/company name.

  11. Businesses or individuals submitting more than 3 entries under their own/company name will be charged £538 + VAT (where applicable) per additional entry.

In Partnership With Rule:

Vendors may submit unlimited entries either directly or on behalf of clients. Each vendor may claim entry association for up to three instances of ‘in partnership with’.

For example:

  • Vendor in partnership with Client1

  • Vendor in partnership with Client1

  • Vendor in partnership with Client2

Additional entries may be submitted under either the vendor’s or client’s organisation name.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of tables or seats at our awards programmes must be made in writing, subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations made 46 days or more before the event: Full refund

  • Cancellations made 45-38 days before the event: 35% of booking cost payable

  • Cancellations made 37-31 days before the event: 50% of booking cost payable

  • Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the event: 100% of booking cost payable

All cancellation fees must be paid to Test Associates Ltd (the event owner) within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Failure to pay within this period will result in the full booking amount becoming payable.
